FAQ
Where are you based and do you travel?
We are based in Jurupa Valley California and we service the IE. We will travel but if the property/properties are REALLY far then we will charge a reasonable travel fee.
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 1 day (sometimes a little more if the photos require extra editing). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints! If you prefer a certain program to receive your photos, such as dropbox or google drive, just let me know and we'll get them to you!
How many pictures will we receive?
At a minimum you will be receiving 20 photos for the most basic package. For bigger properties you could up to 50 photos, although you could get an extreme amount of photos for an extra cost.
